STEP1Request

STEP2We will send you our quotation (with acceptance page.)
We will send you our quotation (including Acceptance Form) and necessary documents.
Please sign the acceptance form and return to us by FAX (+81-6-6381-7274) or to our sales representative.
Upon our receipt, the Analysis Request Work is deemed to have been agreed to and after this, "Sampling Kit" will be sent out to you.
STEP3Sampling and Return of Samples
Conduct the sampling activity following the procedure. Please transport them in cool condition to the address below as soon as possible. (Please use the return label enclosed in the sampling kit.) *Return postage will be your responsibility.

STEP4Analysis and Result Report
We will analyze the samples sent to us and the results will be reported back via email. Please refer to the PDF file below to check the format of Test Result Report.

STEP5Payment
Invoice will be issued at the end of the month that the result report is submitted. Please make the payment by the 15th of the month following the month the invoice is received.
