In addition to the SHIONOGI Group EHS Action Targets established by Shionogi & Co., Ltd. (see SHIONOGI Environment Report 2023), Shionogi Pharma has set its own company-wide action targets as well as action targets for each site. The results are reported to management in the following fiscal year’s management review. Thus, the PDCA cycle is appropriately implemented.

 

■ EHS Action Targets for FY2023 

 

The Action Targets for FY2023, which are formulated based on the results of the Action Targets for FY2022, include not only climate change measures and waste management that the company must address, but also chemical substance management and industrial safety and health, which are fundamental for a factory that handles chemical substances, and we are working to achieve safe, secure, and sustainable production activities.
