Contract pharmaceutical services
We can determine the incompatibility of your drugs with various raw materials to support your formulation development program and generate compatibility test data highly valuable for use in detailing your drugs to healthcare professional.

We work with you to develop optimal dosage formulations of your new and generic drugs by evaluating the compatibility with various excipients such as binders, disintegrators, and lubricants and to establish manufacturing process essential for constant supply of stable and higher-quality medicinal products.

We offer support and trouble-shooting capabilities on the following occasions:
Q1 We want to establish the drying process for a powder mixture of 3 drug components, that is API-A, additive B, and additive C.
A: We will store the mixture under multiple temperature conditions and evaluate its stability.
Q2 We want to formulate granules comprising 4 components, that is API-A and additives B, C, and D, by adding a liquid onto the powder (wet granulation). How long can we retain the granulation liquid after preparation?
A: We will prepare the granulation liquid containing the 4 components and determine its stability under different storage conditions.
Q3 We are going to select a binder from A or B. Which of them is appropriate to prepare more stable dosage formulations?
A: We can help select an appropriate binder by testing and comparing the combinations of the API with binder A or B.

You will find the following services to be invaluable in supporting your marketing and sales strategies: chemical testing of stability samples and evaluation of compatibility of various drugs combined with needs at clinical practice.

We offer support and trouble-shooting capabilities on the following occasions:
Q4 Would it be safe and appropriate to simultaneously use Infusion B when administering Injection A?
A: We can prepare and provide chemical compatibility data as well as stability data obtained under various conditions of drug preparation and storage examined based on clinical needs of combination and evaluation of compatibility and stability of Injection A in Infusion B.
Q5 It is fairly common to give Products A and B together. Is this concurrent use safe?
A: We can search potential types of drug combinations customarily employed at medical institutions and provide laboratory data on chemical compatibility and stability of such combinations.
Q6 We do occasionally dissolve certain drugs in commercial drink to have children take the drugs. Is it not a problem?
A: We will prepare drinks in the same manner with the customer’s practice or in the manner customarily employed at medical institutions and provide laboratory data on chemical compatibility and stability of such preparations.
